Review of Scoops and Smiles Ice Cream & Water Ice

I loved that they labeled all allergens. But I watched as they scooped a gluten ice cream, wash the scoop in a bowl of water that looked like it was used throughout the day, and then scoop into the gluten free ice cream I was getting. Really liked this place the first time I went but because of cross contamination I will not be returning!
