Review of Scoops Dessert Bar

Gives a bad name to gluten free! I hate to give such a bad review, but this place was absolutely disgusting and so exspensive. I cannot remember the last time I ate something and spit it out. Cupcake was horrific. And ice cream is just packaged vegan ice cream you can buy at the store. So pricey, and not tasty or high quality. So disappointed. Do not waste your time.
