Scored some gluten on my gluten free crust! When they ask if the gluten free is a preference or an allergy, make sure you say allergy, unless you like a gluten free crust covered in flour. Even if you choose allergy, they use the same mozzarella that had flour all around the edge of the container and cook in the same oven using the same utensil to move the pizza around in the oven. They tried in a few places, used fresh gloves, seperate sauce with a new spoon, clean tongs to take it out from the oven. Not very gluten friendly.
