The food was amazing. Items that were gluten free were marked on the menu, and the server was knowledgeable. GF Pasta used was Taste Republic. I have celiac, but my husband does not. We ordered all gluten free so we could share. We had polenta fries to start. I had the short ribs, he had the Campanelle. Everything was delicious. I had no reactions that night or the next day. We will definitely be returning!
When I want pasta this is where I go. As a celiac I can never find places where I can safely have pasta. The owner’s wife is a celiac and he takes gluten allergies VERY seriously (he has experienced the fall out of cross- contamination π€’). Obviously there is always the risk, but I haven’t gotten sick. I was also told the fall menu (fall 2025) fryer is fully gluten free!
