Very knowledgeable staff who diligently verified that the cooking process and ingredients would be acceptable with both the chef and myself m. Almost all the menu is available GF along with New Grist beer as an option. Food/drink are delicious and safe!

Scotty's has an actual Gf menu with plenty of choices including desserts. The food was excellent!

Staff seemed cautious about wheat contamination. My food was very good and I recommend highly for a person with celiac’s disease.
