Scoups serves ice cream and soup! The staff are very knowledgeable about gluten and we were pleasantly surprised they were offering all gluten free soups in this week's rotation. You can order a gluten free roll for an upcharge with your soup, and whenever they bake gluten free items they clean their oven beforehand. They also have gluten free cookies which are wrapped and displayed on the topmost shelf of their desserts case. They encouraged us to ask their server to change their gloves and use new scoops when ordering ice cream to ensure no cross contamination and also have gluten free cones! The food was excellent and we will definitely be returning!

The staff let us know exactly which soups are gluten free, and assured us they take cross contamination precautions including cleaning the oven and surfaces after gluten contact. The gluten free cookies were on a separate top shelf to avoid potential contact with other baked goods. They also had gluten free rolls and ice cream cones available. Plus, it all tastes great!
