This was the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. The crust is thick and soft, similar to a typical gluten pizza. They also had gluten free beer. The pizza was cooked on a separate tray, preventing cross contamination. They also are away of celiac and the precautions they need to take. Will definatly go back!
