Review of Screaming Goat Taqueria

GO EAT HERE!!

I spoke with the chef (maybe owner?) and he said everything is gluten-free except the flour tortilla and press. He told everyone to change their gloves and wiped the boards. He was hyper aware of cross contamination and told me they would not press my corn tortilla on a press that has been used with flour tortilla. The only thing he warned me about was that the chips are not certified gluten-free, but they were not in contact with wheat while at his restaurant.

I felt 100% safe eating here.
