I'm celiac and they have options that are safe, including a GF bun steamed in the bag, a dedicated fryer, and knowledgeable staff on what's gluten free, safe, and how to prevent cross-contamination I saw reviews that they have gluten free options, including a dedicated fryer. The lady working the counter was AMAZING answering all my questions and concerns, letting me know what was safe and what wasn't. Being a cheeseburger&fries type of girl, I was ecstatic to find a place where I can get one, and the better part, I didn't have a reaction. The staff in the kitchen was amazing and careful to prevent cross contamination and made delicious food! They also answered questions I had regarding sauces, and were diligent to make sure which ones were safe&check ingredients. Their burgers ,fries, S.G. sauce and housemade ranch are super Delicious and can't recommend enough!

Love this place! Gluten free bun is delicious! They have a dedicated fryer and are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Finished dinner with a GF brownie! This will be our go to in Rolla!

With their dedicated gf fryer, I could try everything. Had the Bing Bong shrimp basket. The shrimp was light and delicate. Fries were perfection! We also ordered a burger with gf bun.

Did not disappoint! We will be back.

Counter person was knowledgeable in what was gf. We ordered the Bing bong breaded shrimp with gf fries, but I do think you need to specify you want gluten free. We both thought they were tasty.

Went while driving through town and trusted the one review I found and was affirmed by their gf bun and gf brownie on the menu. Upon order, I said I was celiac and was immediately informed of their dedicated fryer for both regular fries and sweet potato fries. The woman taking my order also listed everything I could have on the menu. I had a cheeseburger and fries. The bun was steamed in its own bag and was soft and wonderful! The crinkle fries were incredible. I drive through Rolla a few times a year so I am elated for this find!

Absolutely fantastic! If you let them know when placing your order they have a dedicated frier they use for those with gluten allergies/intolerances.
