Knowledgeable staff! They use rice flour in their breading so you can eat all the fried food! I was told they don’t fry anything in the fryer that has gluten(but please double check, you never know if they add something new to the menu). They also have decent gf buns that they toasted in a separate pan for me! I have always felt okay after eating here. I am giving 4 hearts to safety only because it is not a dedicated facility and there is always the chance of cross contamination.
