I literally got a baked potato and side veggie and could feel my stomach churning before we even left the restaurant. Clearly super high cross contamination going on in here.

They get points for having a gluten free menu, but staff admired it was not up to date, which was disappointing. Got the steak and scollops, which were really good. Staff was not knowledgeable about the menus or having a gluten allergy which was disappointing.

I let the waitress know I am GF and asked for the chef to know. My appetizer came out with fried wontons. Needless to say I lost confidence in them.
There were gluten free options and they were safe however the portions were small on the lunch menu

Other reviews were not my experience with this place. Google even showed they had gluten free options at breakfast. We were seated and no one knew anything about gluten free options at breakfast. Basically said we could have eggs. Had to leave so don’t know if the food they have is any good. Went there because I saw gf pancakes as an option for my celiac son. They don’t exist there. Disappointed. I hate having to leave places after being seated. Staff was all very nice just didn’t know anything about gf which is why I’m shocked other reviews call them knowledgeable. I can’t imagine breakfast crew doesn’t work other shifts.

Excellent food. Very knowledgeable staff and willing to ask chef about tartar sauce safety. Highly recommended for meals.

I loved this restaurant! They have a gluten free menu with quite a few options. The food was wonderful, and the waitress was also. If she didn’t know if something had gluten such as my salad dressing, she was very attentive and happy to find out. It’s right on the ocean so it’s a beautiful view on top of wonderful food.

Separate gluten free menu you have to ask for. Very fancy place. It was pretty good i didnt get sick or anything so no gluten, but it was kind of bland like they did not put flavor on anything on my plate. I think i should have asked for gf tartar sauce or something.

My family loves coming to get seafood while in Myrtle beach for vacation. Some seafood places here do a poor job with gluten free but ate here tonight and had a great experience. Got the broiled seafood platter with baked potato and it was good. Our waiter Gill was great!

My husband and I had a delicious dinner. I’m a celiac and ordered the grilled seafood combination with broccoli from the GF menu and it was wonderful. My husband has no allergies or intolerances and was able to order from the main menu. There are many GF options and the server was very knowledgeable.

They have a gluten free menu. The staff and manager are not as knowledgeable as to the ingredients in their food as they should be. My food came out with no seasoning. I sent it back. The food was good but not worth the price we paid for it.

Food was good and serving size was very large. I had the salmon and veggies. The manager told me anything with sauce is NOT GF. So stick with any seafood broiled but ask the staff, they’re very knowledgeable.

The server was very knowledgeable. I’m not sure if there is actually a separate GF menu. When I asked about it the server told me exactly what I could and couldn’t eat. Much of the menu is GF if you get broiled seafood, steak, or salad. They also have GF créme brûlée for dessert. The cheese grits were delicious!

Had shrimp and a baked potato. Very tasty. Separate GF menu with limited items. Salad came with my meal and croutons were not on the salad. My husbands did have the croutons so they definitely paid attention to whose was GF. Nice view from the back dining area!

We have stayed at the resort numerous times and ate here for 75% of our meals and had a great experience every time....they go out of their way to ensure safe food and we are very sensitive (celiac) and have not been contaminated! Will be going back!

We had an amazing meal! I had the broiled seafood platter with a baked potato & salad, it was delicious!!! Best of all my waitress Danielle has Celiac and was incredibly helpful. We will definitely be going back.

I expected this restaurant to do better than it did, but I'm learning that they're just like many others. I would expect a place where most entrees are$30+, to have real olive oil. Turns out they only have an olive oil blend that contains soy(allergen). We asked for cocktail sauce and they couldn't tell us what was in it. Either they buy it premade, which would come with a label with ingredients, or they make it themselves, so they should know what's in it. I expected better.
Had bacon wrapped scallops with a jalapeño bacon marmalade for an appetizer and broiled scallops and shrimp with a loaded baked potato for main course Had a separate GF menu but many things on regular menu could be altered to be GF
The gluten-free pancakes are delicious. The service is outstanding and it’s the perfect location to watch the sunrise for breakfast.
Gluten free menu, but the hosts seemed really confused when I asked for a gluten free menu though. But the waiter was knowledgeable!
Able to accommodate me easily. Gluten free menu.

It was walking distance from our resort and had a GF menu on line so we thought we would try it out. It's a nice place, food is pricey bc of the location and nothing special. I give it 3 stars for convenience only

Good service. Separate menu. Highly sensitive to gluten, along with some other food intolerances and they were very accommodating.

Good service. Separate gluten free menu and very accommodating.
Be prepared to wait, and wait and wait. From arrival to the time that we left was almost 2.5 hours. While they do have a GF menu, I thought the food was overly bland and tasteless (and over-cooked). Kind of a bummer for a $30 seafood platter. Service was slow. Overall an expensive and very subpar dining experience.

They have a gluten free menu. I asked the waiter about the special being gluten free. He went and asked for me. The food was very good. I am allergic to gluten and did not have a reaction.
It's one of my favorite restaurants-totally different place between lunch and dinner and breakfast though - I haven't been there for breakfast since I was diagnosed and they put in a buffet.
Great oyster stew, and tri-salad combination.

The service I had tonight was bad! My waitress was so rude, careless and forgetful! The food was alright at best. I ended up coming back to my hotel with a stomach ache! Be careful eating here!
Pros: Great atmosphere. Cheap kids menu. Cons: Overpriced for average sea food and small portions...except the kids cheeseburger. That was big. My son enjoyed his food, but he doesn't have celiac. My husband (non celiac) nor myself were full. Even with an appetizer and salad before the meal.

I had the most delicious pancakes here. I couldn't believe how good (and fluffy) they were. Unfortunately, I spent the rest of the day extremely sick. It was terribly disappointing after thinking I'd found such perfect gluten free pancakes. If you're going to try it, just be careful.

Food was good. Limited GF options for true celiacs.
Food was ok but had a sense they were to busy to deal with my celiac wife. We asked a question that we never got a answer on. My wife ordered from the limited menu & did not get sick, but we didn't feel like very comfortable, like they understood & we're taking care of things .

Dinner came with a roll. Server understood GF, kitchen does not. I don't believe the veggies are in their own water, but rather shared with pasta, so beware. Be explicit in your needs. Much better food at Joe's bar and grill. They know what's up. http://joesbarandgrillonline.com/menus.php
There is a special gluten free menu with limited options. However, our server was very helpful on pointing out the items that would be least likely to be cross contaminated. I got the broiled seafood platter with vegetables. It was very good, but plain tasting. I was hoping for more flavor, but I was happier to be pain free and full at the end!
Yes
disappointed! They have a gf menu but very uneducated. salads came out with croutons and dinner came out with a dinner roll on top!
Not Celiac friendly but has the potential to be with some server education. Over priced for quality of food. Gluten menu has many desirable options however, my side salad came with croutons and my dinner had a roll. Server was nice and pleasant but lacked a knack for details needed to make a dining experience pleasant.
