Server was helpful in understanding what was GF and what could be altered to make it GF. I had the lobster with mashed potatoes and vegetables (cauliflower was left out because it is apparently not GF). The table shared the oysters. I did not eat the sauce, which was labeled as having malt vinegar in it. I had a delicious GF dessert.

Every meal is made to order, which means almost any meal can be customized to be gluten free. The servers are very knowledgeable about what is and what isn’t gluten free. You have to be sure that you tell the server that you are gluten free, that it is an allergy, and that they write it down on the slip. Sometimes they do not write it down if your meal is naturally gluten free. The food is absolutely amazing here. It is expensive, but it is worth every time. I’d highly recommend their specials and any type of fish.
