There saving grace is that they had helpful employees. I went through so much hassle to tell them I have Celiac aka "gluten allergy" only for them to give me hush puppies on my plate. Very annoying.

After reading the previous review, I decided to have a salmon salad. This should be a low risk meal. I did emphasize with the cashier of my gluten allergy when I ordered. The manager came over and asked how severe my allergy was. I hate when they ask that. It is a bad question. Anyway I told him bad, he asked if the grill needed to be cleaned when they cooked my salmon. He then went to the grill to let them know about the order coming up. So I think it is possible to get a safe meal here if you speak with the manager when you place your order.

They have a GF menu and I informed the cashier of my gluten allergy. She just said I must order grilled food nothing fried (which was fine by me). When I got my plate it had hushpuppies on it. Everything else was fine. I can tolerate some cross contamination as my allergy is not celiac it's in my esophagus. I do NOT recommend this place for celiacs.

Had the mahi tacos and corn. Avoid hush puppies (they don’t come w the tacos so that’s easy). Enjoyable dinner. They had several grilled options. I did not inquire about cross contamination risk.

Okay - I am totally done with this place ! I love the broiled fish here - but they are a bunch of IDIOTS! I ordered the broiled whole flounder and they had HUSHPUPPIES on the plate touching the fish! AGHHHH ! I don’t think I would have been so upset if I didn’t make a HUGH deal about my issue when I ordered my food! A manager came out and took my order because I was being a pain! I used the phrase , ‘if you want to see me go CRAZY....get this wrong!’ Well they got it WRONG! Don’t risk it!

Many grilled fish choices and cheap. I had Mahi Mahi, slaw, and glass of wine. Hostess knew what I could get.
