This is a restaurant with a nice decor. The server can give you the rundown on all gluten free options; they are not labeled on menu as such. I had the strip steak, which was good. Sorry I did not have any fish so I can’t rate. The fryer is not dedicated gf. They had gluten free butterscotch crèame brûlée but I did not have- which I now wish I did.

No gluten-free menu, but the servers were so knowledgeable and helpful. So knowledgeable in fact that the server knew some celiacs react to corn-gluten and mentioned this to me when I inquired about the scallops and grits. Thankfully, I tolerate corn and was able to enjoy the scallops and grits, which were great!The server also indicated that if we wanted to order the fries, they would switch out the oil to avoid cross-contamination.It’s so nice to be able to go somewhere and enjoy a normal three-course meal. Sea Salt delivered safe food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere.
