Review of SEA180

Came here for the first time for a late lunch and it was a great experience.There are a lot gluten free options on the menu but the kitchen can accommodate almost any request. I mentioned to our server that I had celiac and he made a note for the kitchen. The staff took that so seriously that they even made my husband's orders celiac-safe even though he's not gluten-intolerant. But he didn't mind and found everything to be delicious. It took a little longer than normal to get our food but that was because the kitchen used completely fresh cookware for every dish they prepared for us. As a sensitive celiac who is only able to eat out on rare occasions this was a real treat.
