Review of Sea40 Japanese Cuisine

I've eaten here several times with no problems. This last time I was given the wrong soup by the server - miso is gluten free, mushroom is not. The waitress realized it and ran over to stop me, but too late. Still - it was a training issue with one employee, and he got his training right then. I'll go back without hesitation.
