We loved our dinner here! Staff was super knowledgeable about celiac and had a menu marked with things that were naturally GF as well as things that could be modified to be GF (like all of their spicy tuna can be made fresh without the gluten-full soy sauce). They had a good variety of GF sushi outside of the usual basic rolls most places have which was very refreshing!
Delicious food and lots of gluten free options. Staff was very knowledgeable and noted celiac on my order. Highly recommend Seabutter for sushi.

Great experience. Staff very knowledgeable about gluten free and they take great care not to cross contaminated. Plus food is excellent. Service wonderful. Such a great find. Will definitely return.
Extremely knowledgeable about celiacs. Waiter knew exactly what was GF and what to avoid completely. Made rolls in a separate area of the sushi bar, which we observed by sitting at the sushi bar. Made to order GF spicy tuna, which was soooo good!!!
Amazing place for celiacs who crave good quality sushi! Best of all, the staff was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about celiac and can go through the whole menu with you to point out what is gf or safe for celiac. $3 up charge for gf sushi rolls so they can utilize gf ingredients and properly clean but worth it. Unfortunately o asked about the gf tempura and was told it now shares the fryer so couldn’t do that but SO many other options. Also—delicious and very fresh! MUST do the salmon avo truffle
What an amazing place! We only stumbled on it because the restaurant downstairs wasn’t taking any more tables. They were very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and steered us away from bad decisions. They have rice flour and corn starch available for GF tempura and they cook it separately from regular tempura. I’ll be having dreams of the Salmon Avo with the artichoke truffle.
