I've been to two of the locations and felt at ease at both. Once I informed them I have celiac they often knew what did and didn't have gluten, or were quick to look into it. I felt good after eating there, and the staff was friendly. Food and service deserve 5 stars, putting 4 because allergens aren't listed, no separate menu, etc.
