Many menu items that say GF are not. Servers seem knowledgeable, but enough of restaurants mislabeling menu items to appeal to a trend. Has stomach cramps 30 minutes after eating here. I don't recommend for those with Celiac.

Menu labeled with gluten free options. Seasonal, local, organic ingredients. Really delicious preparations. So happy to have this nearby!

Speaking with Lea at Seaplane, she recommends celiacs or those with high sensitivity to gluten should NOT dine at seaplane. They make their own pizzas and there is flour in the air in addition to floured surfaces
