Seasons By the Sea Bistro

We only went there for drinks, but it was a quiet off-season day and our server, Bart, was happy to chat about their gluten free protocol. He indicated they were very aware of Celiac and when they knew a gluten free order was for someone with Celiac, they change gloves and wash all the utensils/pans. He indicated that they could guide people to the safest options, even within the gluten free choices.

Menu has gluten free options clearly marked. Not shown on the menu but on a chalk board there was also a gluten free pumpkin cake for dessert.

Staff members at this restaurant are friendly and knowledgeable about coeliac. The menu indicates gluten free items. I ate the nachos and potato wedges as shared appetizers and the salmon main course. Everything was delicious ! The restaurant has a great patio and incredible view of the harbour. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The service is knowledgeable and the food accommodates GF very well. Had the lobster sandwich which was delicious! Fantastic patio, too.
