Staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination and took it very seriously. This restaurant has a bar behind the counter where they put together poke bowls for you based on your specifications (sort of like at Chipotle or Panda Express). I told them I had Celiacs and they changed their gloves, got fresh utensils, and used food containers from the back that hadn't been opened yet to prepare my bowl.
Not everything here is gluten free but many things are, and staff can tell you what has gluten and what doesn't. Their online menu marks everything that is NOT gluten free.
The poke bowl I got really hit the spot. I would happily come back here.
Eat here regularly and have never had a problem. Most of the items are GF!
Food is delicious. I used to frequent here but the topping bar leaves a lot of room for cross contamination with the very few gluten containing items they have.
