Chef was super knowledgeable about celiac and grilled the bread and chicken on the grill that only grilled meat vs the grill to toast the other bread. He explained they have a dedicated fryer for fries. As for the main counter, they can make a PB&J and a grilled cheese gluten free. They also have a build your own salad bar.
