The food is wonderful. Much of it is farm to table. The chef is knowledgeable about gluten issues, and you have a lot of options. Unfortunately the servers often don’t understand at all. I had one put a regular gluten roll on my plate after I had made a big deal out of needing to avoid contamination. When I pointed it out she didn’t seem to want to fix it. I picked through the entire plate and got rid of every crumb I could find. I was ok, but you need to be careful. Would not recommend it to anybody who has to watch cross contamination.
Edit: I tried again and the same thing happened. This time it was made right quickly. Obviously still can’t recommend it to anyone who has to be careful about contamination
