This resort exceeded my expectations! GF items marked on each restaurant menu, and servers ask about allergies as soon as you sit down. I found all my servers to be knowledgeable. The Asian restaurant has GF veggie tempura (what!), pad thai, soup, curry. The Italian restaurant has GF pasta and can sub most sauces. I hear they also have GF pizza crust, but I didn’t order. At one of the grill restaurants, I asked if they have a GF hamburger bun, and they said they’d get some for the following day which they did. It seems like all restaurants and the coffee shop always have at least one dessert. The breakfast buffet has a corner with GF bread, pastries and small pancakes. You can also get eggs made to order, smoothies, fruit, yogurt and typical breakfast meat. I will say that at the time I visited, the buffet signs were not labeled other than the GF bread corner. That could definitely be improved upon because there were many naturally GF items. I felt safe here, staff was informed and I did not get sick.
