Literally the safest place to eat gf in the area. The owner has a family member with celiac. There is always a working dedicated gf fryer. I have eaten here dozens of times and every server is educated and happily checks ingredients if unsure. I have never gotten any gluten exposure here. The gf food prep is set up to be free of cross contamination. A+ on safety and the food is also delicious!
