The menu is loaded with options. My wife has dairy, soy and gluten allergies. They went and checked with the chef and made sure all was good. Good was amazing as well. Wish there was one closer to us.

I eat at Sedona in Norwalk on a regular basis and have never gotten sick!! I am celiac and extremely sensitive (but usually tell wait staff that I have a severe gluten allergy because they understand that more). The flatbreads are amazing and I love their salads. The gluten free bread is to die for when it is fresh. They don’t automatically bring it any more so make sure you ask for some!

While the menu offers a large number of gluten free items, as well as many that are optionally gluten free, neither the service staff nor the kitchen appeared to be familiar with Celiac's disease. A Caesar salad was ordered gluten free, yet came with croutons and a roll. The replacement salad, which the server said was made fresh, still had gluten-bearing croutons. While neither of the Celiac diners in our party had an side effects from our dinner, we would be very cautious about eating at Sedona Taphouse again.

They have a great menu, there are alot of gluten free choices and options. The waiter we had was not very knowledgeable about cross contamination. The waiter brought out gluten free pita on a seperate plate and put the regular pita on top of the crab dip. Obviously he and the kitchen do not get it. I also asked for dairy free and did not get it. Staff needs alot of training.

Many GF options and staff seemed careful, but still ended up with what looked like fried breading from another dish on my plate. They remade the meal, and I didn't get sick, but a reminder to inspect your plate before eating! Since the initial visit I have eaten here several times without issues.

I've been eating at the Sedona Taphouse Nashville location and have never had any issues. The staff is so warm and welcoming and extremely accommodating. They have a dedicated fryer, which means we can finally indulge in some Celiac safe sweet potato fries and the delicious truffle fries. The flatbreads are amazing. Seriously, you'd have no idea they're gluten free. I've had them all, but the South Rim Shrimp Flatbread is my favorite. I love that Sedona has gluten free options that are hard to find at other establishments like the Prime Rib Sandwich, Crab Cakes and Wings. They even have a yummy flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

This restaurant is not celiac safe despite the numerous reviews that say it is. I've gotten sick there numerous times, most recently yesterday from their mini crab cakes that are supposed to be gf--just lump crab, homemade remoulade sauce, and microgreens. My guess with this dish is that the mayonnaise that they use to make the remoulade sauce is not gf dedicated and therefore, is contaminated by being used to make gluten-full sandwiches, etc. But I've also gotten sick from their "gf" sides. The only thing I haven't gotten ill from there is their salmon, grilled asparagus, and simple salad greens. I won't go back unless it's simply to have a safe cocktail.

O, my gosh, eat here! Delicious and most of the menu is either already gluten free, or can be made to be. I could not choose so I got flatbread and Thai shrimp. Yum o. Then I got a Cuban sandwich to go. Also, delicious.

Good menu with lots of options. My daughter had the fish tacos and fries with no issues afterward. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that our server seemed kind of out of it, didn't really question us much to find out specific dietary needs, and forgot to bring my soup. Otherwise this place seems pretty nice.

We ordered GF food and said at least four times that my husband and son have Celiac disease. After the meal came and my husband had started eating the sever came back and said the kitchen wasn't sure if the meal was GF. Manager was totally unhelpful, server was uneducated, and my husband is sick. Please don't come here.

I’ve been lucky to have excellent servers. It is true that the chips and guac are on the gf menu but the chips are cooked in the same fryer as other items. The server caught that for me on my first visit and they’ve always been willing to bring some veggies and gf flatbread at no charge for the dips I wanted to have. The bar staff was the only thing I’ve been uncomfortable about but I’ve stuck with gf beer or wine and been fine. The server caught that the Bloody Mary mix was not gf after he double checked it himself. So all in all they’ve been very helpful and accommodating and food is delicious! ETA: they’ve just changed some things and now have a dedicated fryer so we can eat the chips and the fries!
