Super friendly staff! They gave me a free sample of the seasonal tea (amazing!) and were able to most items gluten free. 10/10

Great options for wraps. They can either give it to you cold, or use parchment paper and put your wrap in a panini press. Service is also very speedy.

Love this cafe! Almost all sandwiches can be made with Udi's bread (GF/Dairy-Free) and they have a designated toaster. They also have GF/DF soups (tomato and chicken/vegetable). This is the first place I've been able to go and get soup/sandwich/salad combo at lunch, I highly recommend!

Finally a cafe I can enjoy. Very gluten friendly & excellent food. Staff is also very good & knowledgeable. I highly recommend Seedling Cafe.

Very friendly staff and the menu is 100% adaptable. I got the GF french toast and eggs. Eggs were done perfectly (& I'm very particular) and the French Toast is to die for.

I went here for the first time today. My sandwich was excellent and the GF bread they used was nice and thick. This will become a new favorite.

Excellent choice. All wraps and sandwiches can be made on GF bread, and French toast, or Stuffed French, on GF as well. All soups are identified if they are GF, DF or V.
