This was such a great find! I haven’t been to an ice cream shop since my diagnosis for fear of cross-contact. It was such a treat to be able to have an ice cream cone!

Oat milk based. I asked if they used certified gf oat milk and was told yes. I’m having some symptoms, so make sure to ask if you’re very sensitive.

So special and luxurious to have a safe and delicious ice cream shop in Charlotte. The ice cream was absolutely delicious and got to have it in waffle cone, which was so fun!! my first time there the person taking orders took their time making me feel really comfortable by telling me about the ingredients they use and care they take to make great quality gluten-free and dairy free icecream.

It’s not truly ice cream, but a non-dairy frozen dessert. Great option for those who need/choose to avoid dairy.

So incredibly delicious! I had cookies and cream, and 3 compartment sink in a waffle cone! Cookies and brownie chunks in my ice cream??? That’s a GF treat! 😍

This is a wonderful ice cream shop! All the items are gluten free. Bonus all the items are also egg free and dairy free. There was zero chance of cross contamination!! We brought 2 of her friends in too. The all three of us, without any food limitations, were extremely surprised at how delicious the ice cream was! Of course, my daughter with severe sensitivity to gluten and egg was just thrilled to be able to order anything she desired. The waffle cone was AMAZING! The first time in her life (17years) she was able to try a fresh made waffle cone. It was a generous size, too! We all ordered ice cream and then after we ate she ordered an ice cream cookie sandwich. She said the cookies were better than the ones I make! To top off the whole experience the service was top notch. We will definitely be stopping in everytime we are in the city.

I am gluten free and dairy free. They made me feel comfortable and it was the best. I’m not from Charlotte however I was to visit Charolette just for its ice cream!! So good and safe!

Dedicated gluten and dairy free ice cream shop! I didn't know how badly I needed this to exist until today. Other top allergens are labeled, and the staff seemed knowledgeable and willing to help. I had rocky road ice cream in a gluten free waffle cone, it was hands down the best gf/df ice cream I've ever tasted! My friend who isn't gf/df really enjoyed it too. The waffle cone is a must. Outdoor seating in the area as well as restrooms nearby. I'm never really in the area but I'd do the 30 minute drive just for this ice cream.

Finally… a fully gluten free, dairy free, and egg free ice cream shop! It’s so hard to find gluten free ice cream that doesn’t have a risk of cross contamination. And this ice cream is fantastic! I can’t wait for the waffle cones to come out 🥰

New place with tons of GF ice cream options, including cookies n cream.
Per their website: All of our flavors are always 100% egg and dairy-free. Our waffle chips and cones are also egg, dairy, and gluten-free. They list if an ice cream has gluten.
Their current menu appears to be all GF. 🤩

Hi there, thanks so much for the review! You must have been one of our very first customers, before we committed to a fully gluten free menu! We originally opened with a few flavors that contained gluten, but have since removed those or revised our recipes to use GF alternatives (i.e. pretzels, graham crackers, etc.) Hope we have gotten the pleasure of serving you since your first visit, and we hope to see you again soon!
