Was told the caprese salad would have gluten despite it not being listed as an allergen next to the caprese on the menu… They said the mozzarella package has gluten which I have never heard before but at least they’re trying to be safe.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

I ordered the Fusion sushi plate and she took care to tell me it would be totally GF. There were a lot of other options on menu that could be made GF (note on menu says to tell server). Nice spot in a typical Spanish plaza. Good for a drink plus tapa (mine was also GF) or meal.
