Some nice waffles - a bit goey inside though but it was yum. Lots of options and a very cozy atmosphere.

The staff at Seize understand gluten free and we’re happy to make sure that my meal was safe. They boiled the cutlery and put my coffee in a takeaway cup to make sure it was not contaminated. The food was delicious. If I am ever back in Wellington, I will def be back.

Quite good! Declined a bit over the years…salads have got bland and they stopped doing waffles. Nearly completely GF, but the occasional thing is marked as not GF.

I’ve had coffee and baked goods here 3 times. The brownie, cheesecake and scone I ordered were dry, bland and inedible.

Really good menu, best salad I have ever had! Staff aware of coeliac and cc risks but there is only really one of the cakes that I couldn’t have eaten

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Seize is almost completely gluten free. Their menu changes, but when we went the only gluten item was the oatmeal. Their focus is vegan, GF and raw whole foods.I had gluten free waffles and yummy immunity juice.Lovely range of GF sweet treats and salads too.Closed Sundays as are most of this business part of town.They also have vegan eggs if you need.
