Waitstaff understood GF needs and asked chef to use a clean knife and cutting board for me. Ate here multiple times on my trip and was fine.

High quality sushi, and knowledgable staff made this a safe a very enjoyable experience. GF tamari sauce was provided on request. It was fun to sit at the sushi bar and watch all of the beautiful creations being prepared.

The hostess Jada was super helpful and walked me through the entire menu for what is gluten free and what is not. They also have gluten free soy sauce! Love this place!!
