Some dishes are marked as gluten-free on the menu, but other naturally gluten-free options where not marked. I ended up order the “catch of the day”, as the waitress confirmed it was gluten-free. But she was a bit confused at first what gluten was, so she said it wasn’t gluten-free because of the rice and coconut… but then she asked the kitchen and got it confirmed. The dish was very tasty! The best meal I had on the island.
A lot of GF items. Some labeled GF but other naturally gluten free items were not labeled but I asked my server and he explained that they were gluten free. One item I was very excited about was the gluten free quesadilla in a corn tortilla. SO good. We also got the ceviche (naturally gluten free). Amazing.
