Do not trust this establishment. Spoke to server and sent chef card to kitchen, which included gluten and other allergens. Dish came out with allergen on the plate. Sent it back. Came out the second time with same allergen on it. Manger said that it was because the head chef wasn't in on Mondays. Not acceptable for customers that can get ill or might have to go to ER.
