Semplice Cafe

Had GF bagels but were out of their GF wraps. They didn’t really know what did and didn’t have gluten in it (like the green chili). I just played it safe with the eggs, bacon, & cheese bagel and was very good. No problems!

Can’t believe this place has no other ratings yet! All sandwiches / wraps / toast can be made GF and wrapped in foil to prevent cross contact. Owner explained they specialize in allergies and was super knowledgeable about celiac precautions! Felt super safe eating here, AND the food was delicious (a rarity for me). Plenty of vegan options as well. My boyfriend got a regular old breakfast burrito and one bite in have a thumbs up - we will be back!
