The one thing I find on the menu is gluten free friendly is the Real California roll. Just real crab and avocado in the mayo sauce (I assume). Also the beef short ribs and rice. Again this is for a gluten/wheat intolerance. If you have celiac disease there may be issues.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much
— Excellent
They have gluten free soy sauce! Most of the staff is pretty knowledgable on what is gluten free and what isn’t. If they aren’t sure, they always double check with the staff. This is my favorite sushi place. The sashimi is so fresh!
Edit: I felt sick several times after eating here in recent months. After elimination eating, I have concluded it is the wasabi that is making me sick. Not sure if they changed the brand or not.
We had to ask for a knowledgeable server, and then received great service and tasteful sushi. No GF menu, and regular menu does not indicate GF items, but once you get a knowledgeable server the place is Celiac friendly and they offer GF soy sauce.

Excellent sushi with knowledgeable staff who were well versed on what was safe to eat. They made sure no sauces went on the sushi pieces, and pointed out the gf rolls. The sushi was fresh and the cuts were nice sized.

Server was familiar with celiac and knew to omit ponzu sauce, etc from nigiri. They have tamari. Very good, high quality food!
Great service, from order to first set of food was 3 minutes when they had all the tables full and it was at peak hour. The waiters and waitresses were wonderful and checked up on each table once every 2-4 minutes. Overall, Sen Dai Sushi definitely deserves 5/5. (Gluten free soy sause is available and the waitstaff and chef instantly understood what was available when gluten free was mention.)
