I called beforehand and was assured that they could check menu items for allergy-friendliness. When I arrived, I asked to see a manager, but I got the "I guess the salads are probably gluten-free" line from the waitress. We finally got the manager to the table, and he said all of their sauces have flour in them, and everything is cooked in a shared frier. When he suggested their burritos are gluten-free, I knew I wasn't going to eat there, so we left.
