I have celiac disease and have eaten here a few times and haven’t gotten sick yet! When we order I always tell them I cannot have gluten/wheat and ask if they can keep my food separate from other food that contains gluten to avoid cross contamination. So far, so good! Also, one time we called in an order (explained no gluten) and my boyfriend got a burrito that has a flour tortilla. The restaurant called us back to inform us that the burrito wouldn’t be safe to eat because it contained gluten! Very thoughtful!
