Review of Serenade Chocolatier

Not dedicated. They make gluten-full chocolate covered pretzels and such and have them unwrapped on the display case shelves next to every thing else! They think because they make it on separate machines that there will never be crumbs. They say they try their best to avoid cross contamination. Then acknowledge you’re not a dedicated shop! She wasn’t even going to tell me about the pretzels until I mentioned how I can never go to candy shops because of them, that the only stuff I should avoid is other company’s products that they carry too. Just left there hugely disappointed. It’s not like GF pretzels don’t exist! They could have used them!
