I go here regularly for coffee and matcha, which I highly recommend. They are also a scratch bakery in-house. Since they’re well known for their breakfast sandwich, I asked if I could get it gluten free once, and I was told that they could make it on a lettuce wrap. This was really good. Another time I ordered it, but was advised that with Celiac it’s probably not a good idea to get anything made there because of cross contamination and being a bakery as well. This showed me that they are definitely knowledgeable about Celiac, which is good. They do offer delish smoothies (real fruit and ingredients), which are made separately. But just be aware. They also offer salads with chicken salad on top, but the fixings are all part of the same sandwich assembly line.

Yes
The staff is very knowledgeable about their gluten free offerings. They ask if cross contamination is an issue. My daughter and I have eaten here safely. They even carry items from Annie's Gluten free Bakery in Shirley! The whoopie pies are amazing. I also had an orange cranberry scone that was delicious. The only problem is they are so good - they sell out of these things often. The sandwiches are great and they have gluten free bread. It is our go to lunch place. Should note Sunday they do only the breakfast menu which does not offer as much.
