Review of Sergiana

There was nothing in this area in the app and România doesn’t have a great track Record for gluten free, however when I opened the menu I saw all the allergens listed under the foods which gave me hope. I let the waitress know that I had a “gluten allergy” and she said the gf stuff doesn’t come into contact with gluten so I ordered the sausage with cabbage and polenta. Not sure how it will play it out in my stomach later but so far so good!
