Serpico's Restaurant

Hands down, best gluten free pizza of any restaurant I have tried over the past 10 years of being gluten free. The crust was handmade and cooked to perfection! A crispy, thin gluten free crust is hard to find and this restaurant knocked it out of the park!

they cook gf pizza on the same stone as normal pizza. don’t come here if celiac

We had a great experience. Not only were they able to accommodate me with having celiac, but they were also extremely helpful with my son’s food allergies. The staff took the time to look through their ingredients to help us figure out something he could eat based off his strict diet. We will definitely be returning the next time we visit Maui!
