We chose this restaurant as they serve authentic regional foods . They do not serve pasta or pizzas. The owner takes the orders from every table himself and is very helpful . My gluten allergy was taken seriously by him. We had Zuppa Toscana soup, bruschetta 3 different ways , grilled Pecorino with and without bacon . The grilled Pecorino is fantastic!

Real su authentic Tuscan experience. The owner is perfectly aware of celiac disease and cross contamination. Most of what’s in the menu is gf, then he can make gluten free bruschette, and give you bread as side for other dishes. Bread is prepared in a separate oven. SUPER RECOMMENDED!! Price per person was also great!

The staff was very helpful. The owner helped us choose something yummy and GF. Beautiful setting and so delicious!!!
Although the place was closed, it seems as a great and authentic restaurant. While asking for gluten free food (for our 3 year old), even for take away, the owner asked if this is for the child, and once i saidit is, he gave as gluten free bread to go (which i was askingfor) with no charge at all !!
The owner is the only one who takes orders and he sat right down when we said gluten free and read through the whole menu with us. Amazing authentic Tuscan food, no pizza or pasta gluten free or otherwise, but he has gluten free bread for all the bruschetta and almost everything else is safe (cheese, sausage, bean soup, vegetables). Don’t miss it!
