The menu specifically says that “no items can be substituted or modified,” which sounds like a hint directed right at anyone with allergies or Celiac. I have no interest in dining in a restaurant that doesn’t care about my health.

Yes there is Italian GF beyond pizza! This is authentic, locally sourced, meticulously prepared food. Easily more than half of the menu was accessible to me, and once they know it needs to be GF, it is prepared totally separate from other food to prevent cross. The risotto almost made me cry it was so good. Reservations a must, place is tiny and byo wine.
