I called in advance to ask about their gluten free options and cross contamination. They person I spoke to did know about celiac disease and said that they could prepare everything on a separate pan but did make sure I was aware they had a small kitchen. When I got to the restaurant the waitress knew about celiac disease explained they can do any of their burgers as a lettuce wrap with no bun. I decided to get the gluten free grain bowl. I also asked about their fries as they were listed to be gluten free. She said that everything that goes into the fryer is gluten free but she checked with the chefs to see if they had recently changed the oil. Since they had recently changed the oil I went a head and got fries as well. The meal was really great and I had no reaction afterwards. I would say there is a possibility of cross contamination here though since they have a small kitchen.
