A lot of the reviews are old, so I thought I would add an new one. I've been going to Seva for past two years and I've always felt safe eating here. In fact, it's my favorite to go for gluten free options in Ann Arbor. They have a gluten free menu with many options, and their fryer is dedicated gluten free.

This place is horrible for Celaics bases on my experience. The first time they brought my food there was actual bread on the plate. The server promised to have it remade. I doubt it was! I could not even hold water down for THREE days. It took another seven to even try real food because they glutened me so badly.

They are awesome and everything I've tried taste amazing!!
I've eaten at Seva numerous times and never had a problem. In general, the staff is friendly about gluten issues.

Yummy food with a warm cozy atmosphere
This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The waitstaff is young and inexperienced. The manager, Mary, is rude and nasty. They claim they have gluten free food, but it really is not! BEWARE!!!!!!
Staff didn't seem to b up on ins and outs of celiac. Served my requested gf portabella sandwich on reg bread then with correction server brought it back on GF without considering contact issues. Had to wait for a whole new GF sandwich. Yam fries have been good in past but not so good this time.
Best GF sweet potato fries!
Reliable GF vegetarian food. Now the yam fries are GF, too!
