They said the garlic shrimp was gluten free. But they put stuff with gluten on it, even though we told them I had a gluten allergy. Had to come back the next day to get a refund. (But it tasted really good ngl)

Living in Hawaii I get a different story every time we’re at the mill and stop to ask about gf items at seven bros. I’ve been told there’s a separate fryer for the fries that keeps them gf to there’s only one fryer and fries aren’t gf to everything’s on the menu is gf besides the burger buns to nothing is gf. And I’ve been told everything in between!! It’s ridiculous! I let them know it’s for celiacs and no one seems to get what that really means! Wouldn’t recommend for celiacs!

FYI the fryer is NOT dedicated. The server said “ nothing” here is GF. Upon further questioning she said the grill is for burgers only (not buns) and they could do a lettuce wrap. I skipped the house sauce as I had no clue what’s in it. My side salad after I explained I have celiac came with onion ring bits. Omg.

They were super helpful in accommodating for me. Their fries are gf, and you can have any burger except for “the cowboy” and they instead wrap it in a lettuce bun. It was delicious!

The guy we spoke to was amazing. They closed at 3pm but let me in and got lots at 315pm. Everything is gluten free. The cookies are huge. I tried the turkey sandwich and it was so yummy as well as a pizza thing. I got almost one of everything and love it all. Have already had a bite or two out of all. They even ship to the mainland.

Delicious, amazing food. No reaction and my husband (who got a non-gluten free burger) and I absolutely loved this place. We’ll probably make another trip out there just to eat here again before we go home, it’s that good. This is the location in Kahuku; there’s another in Laie that isn’t quite as accommodating. They can only do gluten free with no cross contamination if they’re not busy, and since they’re only open for 2 hours at lunch time I bet they almost always are.

Good burger. They have separate fryer for fries. Onion rings in different fryer. No gf buns, so lettuce only
Yes
They don’t do a burger over rice anymore. They can do a “protein style” burger and wrap it in lettuce. It was pretty good. I don’t think it’s celiac friendly tho. Looked to me like the fries and onion rings were fried in the same fryer.
There were no GF buns, but the shrimp was amazing. The salad dressing delicious. Also, the rice and French fries were also very good.
The burgers might be gluten free without a roll. The fries are not - they are cooked in the same fryer as the onion rings, which are breaded. I had a salad and it was safe. Nothing is marked, no separate menu. No reaction tho! Amazing service.
Staff was very well versed in Celiac requirements. Our server suggested a burger over rice and it was amazing.
