We let them know when we made reservations that I had Celiac. We’ve eaten here twice before over the years. We informed the waiter when we were seated that I had to eat GF. When checking for which desserts I could eat he asked the chef who said I could have the stout cake. I explained I can’t eat cake, nor stout. They apologized & said it did have gluten & I couldn’t order it. Everything we ordered said gluten free on the menu. I felt bad within 15 minutes of finishing my meal. I barely made the tram ride down the hill & was violently I’ll in the Alyeska public bathroom. I’ve been a Celiac & GF over 20 years, I haven’t been glutened in years- I was definitely glutened here tonight, for my Birthday. I don’t recommend if you’re a Celiac, I won’t be returning.
