They have GF options, but don’t seem extremely knowledgeable or caring. Too expensive to risk cross-contamination. Not worth it. Pancakes should not be $14!

They're gluten free pancakes & waffles are delicious! I've eaten here many times & I haven't gotten sick. Make sure you tell your server how serious your gluten intolerance is. They have ALWAYS been very accommodating to me.

This place is wonderful if you are not celiac. Their pancakes are delicious and huge and their smoked Gouda grits are super tasty. Beware if you are celiac however. Major cross-contamination. Servers will even tell you. They toast their GF bread/bagels in toaster with other bread and cook pancakes & waffles on same surface as non gf. Not a safe place for celiacs at all, which is a shame. Their menu says so and they say so. Do not eat anything here if you have celiac disease.

We eat here regularly and I love all the gluten free and vegan options provided. I have NEVER gotten sick from cross contamination, and I am extremely sensitive.

So good! I am not Celiac- I ordered a pancake and the coffee cake. Seriously so good. Large portions I couldn't finish the whole thing, but definitely worth the visit!

Got sick! They didn't even try to be careful. I've learned my lesson... if a place has a disclaimer for their gluten free food, don't bother. Terrible. You'd think Denton would be better.

Claims to be gf friendly, but only if cross-contamination isn't a problem for you. They weren't even willing to try to be careful (clean hands, clean surface, new pan, etc) for my order. Great for fad-diet gf ppl though...

My boyfriend found this place and took me as a surprise. First we went for lunch (burgers on a GF bun - I believe they use Local Oven). When I saw the breakfast options I knew we would have to return. They have several different types of both GF pancakes and GF waffles as well as other GF options. On our second trip we went for breakfast and I ordered the pancake trio which allows you to pick 3 different pancake flavors. I ordered the Berry (with vanilla glaze), Cinnamon Roll, and Chocolate Chip. Let me just say - best gluten free pancakes I have EVER had. For starters, they were enormous - each being about the size of a dinner plate. Beyond that, they were fluffy and didn't disintegrate or fall apart. When they were served to me they were brought by someone other than the server and I thought a mistake was made because they looked like regular pancakes. While I couldn't finish them all, I was encouraged by the bf to bring them home and surprisingly they held up and I ate them again the next day for breakfast at home. This is definitely a new favorite for me.

Food was overpriced and not that great. They have a disclaimer on menu explicitly saying not to eat the food if you have celiac. Ugh - I hate those type of places!
