We stayed at the Hilton BellRock and found this restaurant to have some GF and our kids with Celiac ate safely here. Our kids had Cheeseburgers on GF toast served with a side of fruit salad. Fryer not GF so fries were not an option. Pork Carnitas tacos were also available and marked GF. Not a lot of choices but a few. Ask to speak with the chef before you order! We did and he was knowledgeable and assured us of no cross contamination. Our server had no idea what we were taking about.
