was looking forward to trying this after seeing the review but I was sad to discover that tge man did not even know what gluten was. when asked if the food was gluten free he said, what is gluten free. I have celiac so although there are no direct gluten products in the rice and chicken the grill is tiny and used for everything including the bread

Excellent halal food! My Nima sensor found no traces of gluten in my meal (chicken over rice platter). So happy. :)
